Ingredients

  • 1.5 bowls besan flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp ginger, garlic and green chilli paste


  • 1 tsp coriander chopped


  • .5 tsp turmeric powder


  • .5 tsp red chilli powder


  • .5 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • .5 cups water


  • 2 cups oil


  • 1 bowls chopped fresh methi leaves

Directions

  • Take a big bowl add methi leaves, coriander,ginger-garlic- chill paste, all spices and besan flour.Now add water and Make a thick batter.Now heat oil in a pan.Now add 1 tbs hot oil in batter on baking soda mix well.Now deep fry pakodas in hot oil on medium flame. Fry untill golden brown.Ready to serve hot with tometo sauce.
